Searching the
skies
For the turquoise
of spring
Huddled in the
cold, are we still
While we wait
for the sunlight to bring
Warmth and new
life to the Earth
Some days it seem
like spring time is here
Others yet, the
bite of winter is near
Winter will have
its last moment to hold sway
As here we gather,
in the circles way
Fire and flame
Warmth is thy
name
We call on thee
to bring the
sunlight again
Water and Ice
Cold is thy bane
We call on thee
to thaw the ice
Than holds the
land in bondage
Earth our Mother
Ever present
is thy domain
We call on thee
To awaken from
winters fane
Air, the cold
winds
Storms are thy
might
We call on thee
to bring the warm winds
To ease the chill
in the night
Hail Zephyros
Keeper of the
Westeren winds
Blessed wings
flying high
To bring spring
to the land again
Hail Venus
Keeper of the
Gardens of the Gods
Blessed is thy
hand that brings forth the bloom
To bring spring
to the land again
Hail Maia
Keeper of May
day
Blessed is thy
beauty to smile on the world
To bring spring
to the land again
Hail Persephone
Queen of the
Underworld
We call on thee
to come again to Earth
To bring spring
to the land again
Hail Skadi
Mistress of Ice,
Bride of the cold winters night
Release thy hand
on the world we ask
To bring spring
to the land again
Frist flowers
we find
Deep in the snow
drifts
The promise of
spring in their
White faces
Crocus flowers
in my hair
I dance round
the fire here
To remind the
land of its bounty
Touchs bright
Shine high tonight
As through the
feilds we run
Shouting out
the springtimes name
Here us, Our Mother
The land is waiting
Hear us , Our
Father
We stand ready
to grow
Hear us, Great
ones
That tomorrows
light be bright
Hear us, sweet
land
and rewaken this
nigh
Fire and flame
We called on
thee
to bring the
sunlight again
Thank you for
your grace
Water and Ice
We called on
thee to thaw the ice
Than holds the
land in bondage
Thank you for
your grace
Earth our Mother
We called on
thee
To awaken from
winters fane
Thank you for
your grace
Air, the cold
winds
We called on
thee to bring the warm winds
To ease the chill
in the night
Thank you for
your grace
